This morning I woke to Daniel next to me saying, "Mommy, I Don't Like my Lunchbox!" I said ok and rolled over. In the mean time, Daniel grabbed his lunchbox, exited the house and set it at the end of the driveway. When I realized this, I told him to go get it. He did, but when he came into the house he didn't have it. I asked where it was. He said, "I threw it over the fence." You see our neighbors have a fence around their house and Daniel threw it over there. Another attempt to get rid of it. I have to say I couldn't help but crack a smile at that one. I know that is not helpful, but we did march outside and I hoisted him over the fence to go get it. So what am I going to do with him?
This is all being brought on by seeing the new school supplies. He has an adorable monkey lunchbag that he has only used 3 times this past year. Now he wants some sort of super hero. What to do, what to do?
